About the Applicants Portal

The Alliance HCM Applicants Portal is a secure, cloud-based Applicant Tracking System (ATS) designed to connect talented professionals with career opportunities.

Employers utilizing the AllPay platform use this system to host their open job requisitions. Applicants are provided with a unique, company-specific portal URL by their potential employer, where they can browse available positions, submit resumes, and manage their application statuses.

Application Options:

• Guest Application: Users may browse an employer's specific portal and submit a one-time application for a single role as a guest.
• Registered Account: Users who wish to apply to multiple roles or track their application progress can create a secure account (via email or Google OAuth) within their target employer's specific portal.
