About the Applicant Center
The AllianceHCM Applicant Center is an applicant tracking system that employers using AllianceHCM rely on to post open positions and receive applications. Each employer has its own portal, where you can browse jobs, submit your resume, and check the status of your applications.
AllianceHCM provides this technology on behalf of participating employers. Each employer is responsible for its job postings, the information you submit to it, and all hiring decisions.
How to apply
Apply as a guest
Submit a one-time application for a single position without creating an account.
Create an account
Apply to multiple positions and track the status of your applications. Sign up with your email address or with Google.
Accounts are specific to each employer. If you apply with another company that uses AllianceHCM, you'll use the same account credentials.
Signing up with Google
You'll need an active Google account, such as Gmail or Google Workspace. When you select “Sign in with Google,” Google will ask you to allow AllianceHCM to access your name, email address, and profile picture. We use this only to create and sign in to your account on this employer's portal.
We don't access your contacts, files, or anything else in your Google account, and we never see your Google password. You can remove AllianceHCM's access at any time in your Google Account settings under Security › Third-party apps. Removing access won't delete your applications, so contact the employer if you'd like your information deleted.

Who to contact
Questions about a job or your application
Contact the hiring employer. AllianceHCM can't share application status or influence decisions.
Technical problems with the portal
Email the employer who is sponsoring the job.
Protect yourself from job scams
Employers will never ask you to pay a fee, buy equipment, or provide gift cards or bank account details to apply. If something seems off, contact the employer through its official website before sharing anything.
